Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Eolas247 platform and any courses, content, or services offered on it (together, the "Service"), operated by Shonazz EduVerse Ltd, a company registered in Ireland under company number 813787, whose registered office is at 11 bay meadows grove, Hollystown, Dublin 15. D15F7YF ("Shonazz EduVerse", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a course or hold an account.
  • The information you give us when registering must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Your account

  • One account is for one person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or course access.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, that we reasonably suspect of fraud, or where required by law.

3. Courses, certificates and accreditation

  • Courses are delivered online through recorded and/or live formats, depending on the plan you buy.
  • On completing a course you may receive the Shonazz EduVerse Certificate of Participation. This is a record of professional development; it is not a regulated qualification or academic award.
  • Our courses are CPD-accredited by The CPD Group UK.
  • We may update, improve, or retire course content over time to keep it accurate and current.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown on the Service and are typically in EUR. Applicable taxes will be shown or added at checkout.
  • Payment is taken at purchase (for one-off courses) or on a recurring basis (for subscriptions) via our payment provider Square.
  • We may change prices from time to time, but changes won't affect purchases you've already made.

5. Access

  • For one-off course purchases, you get access for 12 months interactive access and lifetime recorded content from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise on the course page.
  • For subscriptions, access continues while your subscription is active and paid.
  • We aim to keep the Service available at all times but can't guarantee uninterrupted access; we may carry out maintenance or updates.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights, including our 14-day money-back guarantee, are set out in our Refund & Money-Back Guarantee, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • copy, download (except where a feature expressly allows it), record, resell, sublicense, or redistribute any course content;
  • share your account or give others access to paid content you haven't paid for;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying software, models, or content;
  • upload or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • misuse live sessions or chat features (for example, abusive behaviour toward tutors, staff, or other learners);
  • introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt the Service's operation;
  • use the Service, its content, or its AI outputs to build a competing product or to train other AI systems.

We may remove content, suspend features, or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Intellectual property

  • All course content, the Eolas247 platform, the avatar tutor, software, text, audio, and branding are owned by Shonazz EduVerse or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • When you buy a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use that content for your own learning. You don't acquire ownership of any content.
  • Any downloadable materials are provided for your personal use only.

9. AI-generated content

Parts of the Service ΓÇö including tutoring, simulations, and chat responses ΓÇö are delivered using AI. AI can occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Course content is educational and provided for general professional development; it is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

10. User content

If you submit content (for example, questions, responses in simulations, or feedback), you grant us a licence to use it to operate and improve the Service. You're responsible for what you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it.

11. Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate third-party tools (for example, payment or video providers). We're not responsible for third-party services, and their own terms and policies apply.

12. Our liability

  • We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill.
  • We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).
  • Subject to that, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant course in the 12 months before the claim.
  • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time; some Terms (such as intellectual property and liability) continue to apply after you stop.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
